It is a brand that has strong presence and brand image in local, travel retail and e-commerce platforms. Job DescriptionStrategize, plan and achieve retail business KPIs, and able to propose and initiate new ideas and initiatives to drive future business developments based on industry experiences.Analyze useful sales data and information to run analysis and manage presentations and negotiations required.Lead Area Managers and POS Leaders towards achieving business goals and developing individual talents in the company as the business appreciates internal progression opportunities.Ensure the team provides consistent client experience standards and maintain the brand image consistently by leading with example.Partner with relevant teams to create tailor-made client experiences using the brand's experience ritual and build long-lasting relationships with clients.Partner with APAC team to implement retail innovations and collaborate with specific divisions on stock analysis and management.The Successful ApplicantDegree or diploma graduate of any related fieldAt least 8 years of retail working experiences and people management experience is a mustExperienced in luxury and/or beauty retail industry will be an added advantageStrong communication and presentation skills with data analysis exposure, numerically-drivenAble to manage senior stakeholders and has strong negotiation skills to manage external parties as wellWhat's on Offer With the right experience and skill sets, an attractive package and benefits for this opportunity.
